Never received my order but was charged!!

I never received it!! Received a notice that it had been delivered on the 22nd of August. as of this date, no one knows where it's at.. I called the Post Office and they said with the tracking number You gave me that it is not even my name or my address. So far, I have not received any information back from your company explaining that. I would not recommend ordering from this company. evidently, they're not reputable..

This purse is cheaply made. I previously bought a pink one, but I’m starting to think it wasn’t from this website. The zipper is broken cheap product.
