Great delivery experience from start to finish. There was a small mix-up with the charge, I received a European plug even though I'm based in the UK. The customer service team resolved it quickly and without any hassle, following up promptly by sending the correct UK charger.
The customer service was friendly, responsive, and easy to deal with throughout the process. Most importantly, the bike itself is fantastic. It provides a smooth, comfortable ride and has been a pleasure to use. Overall, I'm very happy with both the bike and the service I received.
