Chin Pad Replacement

We’ve had such a great experience with NEO! We ordered two fielder’s masks for our daughters, and when we realized we were missing some of the additional padding, Bridget was incredibly helpful. She responded quickly and made sure we received exactly what we needed, even helping us get the correct thicker padding in time for our daughter’s first fall tournament. Everything has arrived now, fits great, and we’re very happy with the masks. I really appreciate the level of customer service and how quickly Bridget took care of us. Haven’t had to use a replacement yet but for the price we couldn’t pass having an extra on hand.
