These brackets are designed to securely hold a pull-up or chin-up bar between two walls or within a doorway. They are intended for use with a 35 mm (1.38" approx.) diameter rod.
For proper installation, mount the brackets directly into the wall studs using M6 (1/4") wood screws, 5 cm (2") in length. The bar can be easily removed if needed
