1 STAR - STAY FAR AWAY, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY
I ordered the Jagger 3 piece jumpsuit from Murci 3 weeks ago. I was so excited to wear it, I took the tag off straight away because I really wanted to keep it I never planned to return it at all.
When I put it on, I didn’t notice anything wrong at first until my flatmate saw that the back was already torn and damaged! It came to me like that, I had no idea. If she hadn’t told me, I would have walked out in public wearing a broken outfit and been so embarrassed.
I sent it back straight away asking for a refund, and all they did was make up excuses. They said it smells of perfume and complained that I removed the tag like I said, I only removed it because I thought it was fine and I was going to wear it! I only returned it because the item was faulty right from the start.
They sell damaged goods and then refuse to give you your money back. £75 is not small change to throw away on something broken that you can’t even use. They don’t care
