Tasting Notes:
Dragonwell tea, known in China as Long Jing (literally “Dragon Well”), takes its name from an ancient well in Hangzhou where the tea was first cultivated. Legend holds that the well’s water was so pure and heavy it rippled like the back of a dragon. Today, Dragonwell is still made with traditional hand-firing techniques. Af
