We were just below the minimum foot length for size 13 so I bought these to avoid buying the 12 and having to size up quickly and they have done the job! Take up a bit of the spare space and seem comfy.

These insoles are worth every penny, they feel like they're really well made and have helped us bulk up 2 pairs of trainers whilst my children are in-between sizes so they can fit perfectly.
