My watch died within 2 weeks ( dead battery) Looks super cheap. You can get the exact same watch on AliExpress for $10–$12. I reached out to customer service & I was told that I will get a replacement soon & confirmed my shipping address. It’s been 9 days since, no update nothing. Request refund , let’s see.

This is a fake company. The item I received was not as pictured. Attempting to contact their customer service results in an AI chat bot that talks in circles. They do not honor their 30 day return policy. Do not make the same mistake I did.
