Overpriced and delivery way too long
This took over a month to be delivered. Had to chase up via customer service where it was. Really slow to respond. Didn't send out the "free" accessory pouch as advertised and that had to be chased too. Overall not a good experience and wouldn't recommend Jansport to others. Save your money and buy from a better company. Bags are fine but not worth the money or headache.
