So glad I bought this again! I'm currently on my second purchase and everything has been great so far. It has definitely helped me fall asleep much easier at night, and I’ve noticed my bloating has improved significantly too. It’s become a must-have in my daily routine.

I like the individual pouches so can just pop in the lunch box and take after lunch, seem to do the trick, feel like I have more energy and balanced, would recommend

My new daily ritual, a pint of water and my vitamins after lunch! I’ve only been taking these for a few weeks, but love the convenience of the pouches and not having to think about what I need to take as it’s all sorted for me!
