way overpriced for what it is. Scents not impressive. Used generic floor cleaner every bit as good if not better. horrible customer service. takes days to reply. they shipped an incorrect product then asked me to take pictures of the wrong product/packaging days after contact. I had to find packaging in the garbage. I received a replacement about 2 weeks after that with an almost immediate "monthly " shipment. i asked to cancel the subscription prior to shipping but by the time they replied it had shipped. they would not take a return (extremely limited return policy) and offered a 20% refund. I failed to respond to the 20% refund offer (2 days, I was out of town) and they closed the ticket. Dont make my mistake and ignore the bad reviews. 2 bottles of loor cleaner for $100? Ridiculous! also, instructions say to mix with water until you get desired scent concentration. What?

The scents are disgusting and don’t smell anything like they’re described. The company automatically signs you up for a subscription without confirmation and the website does not allow cancellations. The customer service is horrendous. I immediately replied to a “thanks for your order” notification email saying to cancel the order and they refused. As soon as the order arrived I emailed again requesting a return shipping label since their return policy states returns can be made within 30 days as long as the products are unused, unopened, and in the same package. Now they’ll accept the return this one time but the customer is responsible for the label and shipping costs.

I like the product I do not like that. I have a prescription that I didn’t know I was signing up for. I’ve returned my next shipment and I want my money back.there’s no way to get in touch with the company
