not a huge deal doesnt effecr how it runs theres a slight dent in the bottom part of the basin other then the cosmetics so far so good. its been hooked up and running for about a week now. my doggie and kitties love the flowing filtered water...there very picky about there water which after hearing and seeing some videos its understandable. Yes, its a little pricey but you get a decent amount of replacement filters and I also got a little cleaning kit....no I never thought id spend 175 on a dog bowl essentially but if I get more years with my animals than its absolutely 100000% worth every penny!!! Thank you! I highly recommend and have already told other animal lovers to ignore all the other brands on the market this is the one to get. I do wanna raise it alittle bit but thats a project for someone else thank you again!!!!! also very very quiet when its running which for alot of people is huge !

Very easy to set up and switch on . Such a shame my dogs won’t drink out of it. It’s quite expensive for them not to use it. After contacting the company, got a speedy reply and was advised to give it time as my dogs should start drinking from it. Both have just sniffed it and walked away. Was told can return within 30 days if my dogs aren’t keen. Very impressed with customer services.

My dogs were a bit hesitant, but the fountain works fine. I like the soft light and it's extremely quiet. If not for the moving water, I wouldn't know it was on.
