Delicious enchiladas

I have never liked enchiladas but these I really enjoy. They are not heavy with fat or cheese. Instead with the delicious peppers over the top they are incredibly delicious. I strongly recommend them. I personally don’t like the sauce but I don’t like anything that is even a little spicy.

This meal is one of the staples when it is in the Fit Flavor menu rotation.
