Very disappointing experience. I was able to pay USD $10 and enter my personal details without the website stopping me or clearly warning me that I was not eligible for the giveaway. After paying, I discovered in the official rules that entrants must be residents of the USA or Canada and must also meet the age requirement. I am under 18 and I am not a resident of either country, meaning I was never eligible to participate. I contacted their support email asking for a refund and explaining the situation, but I have received no response. The giveaway has now ended and my email has still gone unacknowledged. In my opinion, eligibility restrictions this important should be made much clearer before payment is accepted, particularly when the website is accepting money and personal information from people who are not eligible. I would like my USD $10 refunded and for support to actually respond to my request.
