Great bags, this is the forth bag I've bought over the years , one each for my Grandkids as they entered higher classes in school. Each bag has seen the tru at least ten year of dragging heavy books and each bag is still in use .

Fabulous bag and customer service from JanSport.
Ordered a big student back pack for my daughter. Contacted customer service as was concerned that delivery was taking longer than expected. The reply was quick and reassuring. Item arrived within a day of contacting them. Backpack is beautiful and hopefully will last as long as my daughters's previous JanSport back pack.( 15 +years). Well done to all concerned.10/10.
