Mistakenly placed an order I immediately reached out to forvr mood within minutes to cancel the order and instead of them canceling my order they immediately shipped it and said they didn’t get any of my messages before they shipped the items. Note they emailed me exactly one hour after the order shipped saying exactly this we did not see your messages before your order shipped because your message was pushed down too far and they didn’t see it. So I asked for them to provide me with a return label so I can return it for a full refund and they send me some kind of form to fill out but I pay for the return mind u I paid 10$ for them to ship and 8$ for return so be mindful because cancellation is not an option not with this company due to their lack of customer support and compassion for others. Very unprofessional and malicious. I’d rate this no stars for bad customer service.
