Everyday BB Bag

I was disappointed in the quality that arrived. I should have did more research into this bag, it has two very small zippered pockets inside instead of the standard one big zipper. All of this would cause me to rate it 3/5 but my rating is now lower because I tried to contact them asking for them to stand by their 14-day money back guarantee since i was disappointed in the quality and length of the strap. I was upset with the quality for what I paid which was a good amount and I have refused to give my my money back. I was even prepared to pay the cost of shipping the bag back but there team is being very dishonest about there polices. Do not order from here.

My order says it has been delivered but I can’t find Who was the carrier

Received the order 14 days after placing it and it was the wrong item!! I specially wanted the magnet close version and I was sent the zipper version. I wont bother ordering again
