Excellent customer service! I needed to exchange and had my new one in a week! Looks beautiful and the warm vanilla is the perfect scent for fall!

Disappointed
Sadly, I’m not loving either of the scents I purchased with my diffuser, so feel it was a wasted purchese.

Fantastic
I ordered one waterless diffuser, used it on the main floor, loved it and immediately went and ordered a second one. The diffusers are beautiful and even the packaging was high quality. The second unit does seem to have issues with charging, so I have to keep it plugged in. Not a big deal for where it is being used. The Forest Frost scent is SO fresh and makes the whole house smells like a walk in the Rockies. I have been using it now for 8 hours every day, for about 3 weeks and did not have to use a refill yet.
