The instructional videos make it very clear and easy to set up and prepare the RG Bell for use. It’s very convenient to use and works exactly the way I wanted.
It also allows me to perform a variety of different exercises and training methods, while protecting my indoor flooring from damage.

Perfect for my workouts on the road! Fits in the RV, soft so it doesn’t bang into things in a moving vehicle and an awesome addition to my FP arsenal of equipment 👍
