My painter said it was good but not as good as what he would normally use. He did use it though with good results.

If your kitchen cabinets need food cleaned off them prior to painting, this will not do it. Clean them with soap and water first then use this. It definitely has a solvent/mineral spirits smell so if you're sensitive then get extra ventilation. My cabinets turned out well using it after I cleaned them with something else and opened a window.
