Really useful. Good to be able to secure the front section as well as the top. I also purchased a Sydney backpack, and used it straight away for a weekend away by train. It was much better than my previous back pack and handy to slip on my case. However the zip on the front section is faulty and sometimes the zip teeth do not engage. As I have used the bag, I'm not sure what the situation is about returning it. The free Lottie bag was lovely too.

Love these charms. I have a few Mia Tui bags and brough the extra charm as a gift for my sister. She travels into London a lot and is always worried on backpack security so wanted something that was not an obviuos lock. The charm makes a little tingling noise if anyone touch hers zips and she love that!
