I was not happy about the delay and i had inquir about my purches because you didn’t seem to know about my order until i sent you my bank stetment you have taken the money out. And the strap you sent me is not the right one for my watch even though i sent you the watch code number which reads at the back all in all i have to lose my £20 pounds and not bother to buy on line anymore Sorry but that is how i felt
