Quality and Comfort are Top Notch, a bit thick and large for standard Shemaghs
Well, they aren't wrong when they say it's a small blanket.. As a long time user of cotton smegahs, both authentic Keffiyahs and surplus store deals, this wool one is simply too large and thick to easily fold and use like the typical cotton ones, though something similar can be worked out. I'd be tickled pink if a smaller on came out, but that said, this current size looks to be a great addition to my camping and backpacking gear, where a full size blanket isn't possible, but something extra is very welcome. That said, the larger size and weight certainly opens a bunch of options. Regardless, I'm a believer in wool, as it's in my family genes, so I'll be keeping this piece, and probably adding several more as the budget allows.

Lap blanket
My girlfriend said using this as a lap blanket at a windy soccer game in the fall in New England was an extremely positive experience.
I bought two for lap blankets for the porch to pair with my awesome Anorak. They are fairly lightweight, but the denim weave is tight and I find them very soft, comfortable and effective. If you give these as a gift, I guarantee that the recipient will find a use for it. Love it!

Great multi-use piece of kit
Could not be more pleased with this. I have the midweight lynx and would purchase a full-weight version if it was still available. I've already used it as a seat cushion on logs/rocks, a blanket near the fire and around the house, as a ground cover, and rolled up as a pillow. The square form-factor is excellent, and the generous size makes it very versatile.
I did not anticipate using this as a shemagh would traditionally be worn, as the size/weight aren't conducive to that. I don't think it matters what it's called, but a large square of high quality wool fabric has dozens of uses and is indispensable around the house or the camp. I'm looking forward to a restock on the medium/twin blankets as a result of how useful this item as been.
