Quick Start Guide

Product did not work for me and it was really looking forward to try it. I got a very bad haircut and I couldn’t not get close enough to my scalp to give us some curl could not use curling iron. I kept burning myself and then I got your product and it didn’t work and I told customer service about it and they did nothing. So I leave it with a big fat F. You know customer service does a long way. And I’m gonna take mine and put it in the Goodwill.!

Takes ages to charge and I only get one use before it needs charging again. I have naturally curly hair and i cannot get a sleek finish with this tool, even when sectioning. Good only for touch-ups

This product did NOTHING for my hair. No lift at all, even with a very small amount of hair. The spray added did NOTHING to help. I am returning. I contacted their customer support and they want a picture to make sure they know which product. ????
