A valuable tool!
I wasn't sure if I would actually use it at first. Now I couldn't imagine my canning journey without! I highly recommend this for every canner. All last yrs favorite recipes will be waiting in one place. It also has some info about amounts I hadn't seen anywhere else. Was very helpful for starting my canning journey.

Canning record book
Nice quality. Very helpful tips in guide section. I didn’t need the pages on winter and spring canning but could have used more for summer and fall. Potatoes and sweet potatoes were left of the my year of canning page. The cover was a little bulky but I love the spiral binding. Thank you for this resource. It beats my scraps of paper each year!
