I have just started the morning sachet since last week and so far so good. I am enjoying the taste. I haven't noticed anything major but it is too soon.
I have tried the night one as yet because I just realized it may clash with some of my medication so I need to double check this with my Pharmacist.

Finding the evening supplement working the best for me at the moment. My sleep is way better. Not noticing too much of a difference so far with the morning one. However I am only taking it 1 month
