Adjustable Initial Ring

The product felt cheap and thinner than expected, and I didn’t feel it was worth the price. The order processing took an unusually long time, so I tried to cancel before it shipped. However, even after I followed up to request a cancellation, the order was still shipped. Overall, the product quality and customer service experience did not meet my expectations.

Don’t waist your money. It looks like a cheap gum-ball machine toy. I don’t think it’s even metal, almost like a gold colored plastic. The gold is brassy and it doesn’t have the indentations like the picture. I tried to get a partial refund because the product description is not accurate but they refused because it is a custom ring. You will get a completely different product. I will never buy from this company again, stay away from them!

Quality is good, the metal is very strong, but its truly NOT a one size fits all! I have bigger fingers and so I have to open the ring almost flat to fit around my finger and by then its not even cute, so im a little disappointed!!!
