The product is superb but....you will have a hard time keeping customers if they have to wait 10-14 days for delivery. They try to trap you off in subscription but alot of people will not be having that. I am looking for another alternative.

Tried to cancel the auto renew as I mistakenly hit that button with my first purchase, and they sent me the order anyway. Not happy with customer service. I will switch to a different product after these are finished.

Delivery was to the wrong address and waiting another 5-10 days to resolve this is unacceptable. Trying to reach customer service via email is the only option.
