I love the product. The issue is shipping times. I ordered it well in advance for an event… it showed up the morning of weeks later. I was thanking my lucky stars that it worked out but my god I was scared. 5-7 days including processing should be standard. Or at least 10, but a whole week just “processing” isn’t ok. Also a shipping estimate of time should be provided always upon ordering and that date should be upheld.
