Ive just started taking this so I'm not sure how it works but as to the taste they are telling you the truth its quite nice I thought it would be bad like so many other things that they say taste good so as times goes on I'm hoping it does what it says for your body I'll update at that time to maybe help someone else make a good decision

I had canceled this order before it came.

Terrible customer service. I cancelled and they keep sending orders. They don’t refund as stated. Buyers beware
