I requested to cancel my order the day after placing it and received no response. I followed up several times, including immediately after receiving your shipping-delay email, clearly asking you not to ship the products. Despite multiple cancellation requests and no acknowledgment of any of my emails, the products were shipped weeks later and have now arrived. This is extremely disappointing customer service. Please provide a full refund and return instructions at no cost to me.

Took a very long time to arrive. Not “jelly” but a basic pad like what’s in a sports bra. I followed their size recommendations and this was way too big.

Never recieved and the customer service is awful. They send pre written responses which barely relate to the enquiry. Then, despite not receiving anything - they offered me a 30pct refund - like they where doing me a favour! No thanks, ill have my full refund. Not that i have received my refund yet!
