Cool sleep bundle

It took a couple weeks but I am sleeping more soundly. I am only waking up ever two or three nights to use the rest room. That’s a welcomed improvement in my sleeping habits. My partner on the other hand, is still up in the night on a regular basis, time will tell if that shifts.
