I was very apprehensive, kinda of am but I’ve only taking it for a week I gotta say I think it’s working. I’m gonna give it the benefit of the doubt and keep going for awhile

The oil is difficult to swallow but j found if I mixed it into a small glass of juice and down the hatch in one it's absolutely do-able. Hubby and I felt the difference the next day - I kid you not! The absolute winner though is that cream, far out it's a go to for our entire family! Fantastic products.

Partt of my daily ritual
