Covert Jacket

A beautiful jacket; I love the style, and above all, it doesn't feel too heavy when it's cold or too light when it's warm. Good quality material, and the complimentary card is stunning :)

The jacket fits perfectly and I really like the design and overall quality. However, it arrived with a manufacturing defect on the left sleeve: the stitching around the wrist is too tight, making the cuff restrictive and causing the sleeve to deform. I contacted customer service with photos and a video, but I have not received a response yet. I hope this can be resolved soon, as I otherwise really like the jacket.
