Spine Reset System

Junk and does not work. 20% restocking fee and I have to pay shipping lol. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT IT DOES NOT WORK. It turned on for about 5 seconds and that’s it folks. Waste of my hard earned money. I want a FULL REFUND

Having to keep it plugged in when using is odd. My neck pillow will not stay on. The back pillow gets really flat, and I don’t weigh that much too crush it. It does not have the kneeding function thst other brands do. It is soft to touch but that is the only positive. I was really hoping this would be better than the other brand I have, I’m dissapointed.

It is a well made product, but the vibration it does isn't much of a massage and it is so soft that it squishes down almost flat when I lie on it. There is no decompression happening there.
