This is a 4 oz sample of each the Yellow Bourbon and Geisha.
The coffee was grown by Derek of Ponderosa Coffee Estates, and we sourced it direct. The cherries are washed to remove floaters the same day as harvest, next day it is set out to dry on African beds. Then they are hand selected to remove green or overripe cherries. Then drying i
