It’s a Christmas present so I haven’t tried it yet but it feels great. My old fishing partner used Avid rods and used to say you can feel the fish breath on the lure. I hope that’s still true. Thank you.

What can I say that hasn’t already been said? Light…strong…. and sensitivity is amazing. I know where my money went. Would buy again without hesitation. The choice cork handles are worth treating…

Amazing rods, I've been able to get out fall walleye fishing with them and the ability to feel a very subtle bite while dragging crawlers in the Wolf River is exceptional.
