order 2 products and never recieved. contacted them via website and email. there was a generic response they will move it to fulfillment dept. it's been almost 30 days since receiving tracking number. Worst part is they automatically signed me up for a subscription. They make it extremely difficult to cancel. This is so unacceptable that in the states it should took no more than 30 days.

I still havent received my product, been over 2 months. Product showed it was in Winnipeg last week where i live... but then on the tracking it said its being shipped back to Missassauga. I dont get how any place can make this mistake, i sent my address correct every single time, about 4 times now. Not a happy customer right now. I still want the product to try and if it works i will continue to buy.
