Never received the hair tie. When I contacted them they told me to keep waiting for it. Then I emailed them 3 more times until they acknowledged it was lost in the mail. Still haven’t received my money back because they’re making me go through usps! Most companies would send another one after the first one was lost, but they didn’t offer to do anything except have me fill out a form with usps. So frustrating.
