I'd Recommend to Soft Rubber Fans
Before I talk about this shoe, I have been a fan of the SoIll Athletic Bouldering 1's, as they have been the best shoe for me by MILES.
But since they weren't in stock when I was looking for a new pair, I tried these out when they first dropped. They are a similar price and I wanted to try a shoe with softer rubber.
As someone who decidedly prefers the harder sole of the AB1's, I think this pair is the closest sister to that shoe with the benefit of softer rubber (if you prefer that).
Aesthetic:
Just like the AB1's, I have received multiple compliments about how my shoes look, and how striking they are.
Something I didn't realise before I ordered the T-AV1's was that there is a very generous area for the Velcro to fasten, meaning you can make the shoe tighter, lower or higher up the shoe. But the extra Velcro also allows you to place your own custom badge or embroidery if you just apply a Velcro backing and stick it to the shoe.
Overall, AB1's are my favorite for my taste in rubber, but these shoes are clearly made by someone who cares about looks, comfort and function.
