The Underlay manages humidity, sweat, heat, and odor inside the socket. Worn under the liner, its open-ended design keeps the liner in contact with the skin to maintain suspension while extending beyond the liner to allow airflow and natural evaporation.

Ive only had this for a couple hours but I like it. I can see a spot for improvement. The tip hem is about an inch. And it rolls up almost instantly. I would suggest looking at the top of the Knit-Rite 4 way Shrinker for Teanstibial Amputees and doing something very similar to that. Those never roll on me even after nonths of use they stay put. Their band is almost double the width, its stiffer material and has silicone dots that hrip the skin. If you ever make a design improvement of this nature I eould definitely be a buyer.
Im headed out on a multi-day trip tomorrow so I will definitely be putting this through its paces.

I am sorry I really don't like leaving a bad review but their sizing is not right. This picture shows liner as being long. The top part is same width as bottom. Whos thigh is same size as low leg. There is no returns on this product so buyer beware
