Great service!
The lever arrived in great packaging, no breakage. also came with the small screwdriver that is needed to replace the pendulum in my clock. Prompt service as well. It arrived quickly, I believe it shipped the same day I ordered it.
My clock still won't work, but that is my fault not the pendulum. These clocks are a bit finicky and I just haven't had time to trouble shoot.

It looks like the exact piece i need, but im having trouble getting the original screw out. I keep trying, but im afraid im going to break something or strip the screw head or break the screwdriver.. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

The pendulum was perfect. I searched for a long time for a #00 screwdriver that would remove the screw. When I found one ( I had to use a straight screwdriver) and finally removed it, I at once ordered the pendulum. When it arrived I was surprised to find the correct screwdriver, a new screw and a new axle piece. It woks perfect and was easy to reassemble with the correct screwdriver and new parts.
May I suggest that the picture showing the pendulum show ALL the correct parts that are included. I would have ordered them right away had I know all parts were included with the pendulum. I'm happy to have the tail swinging again. Thank you for your help. I will try not to drop it again.
