Bottine confortable, semelle avec un excellent amorti, la finition « chaussette » à la cheville permet d’enfiler facilement la chaussure. Esthétique qui va avec tous les looks. En plus, elle ne tient pas froid au pied contrairement à d’autres bottines de pluie. Très satisfaite !

One boot had a material fault but customer service has made the return difficult
Right size and felt comfortable but of course was unable to wear them. To report them “under warranty” I had to repack, print off a return form, and wait in a long queue at our post office to return the boots. This is fine if I had changed my mind or ordered the wrong thing, but had Rains quality checked them before sending I could be happily wearing them now.
