I have not received it yet. I think its better I hsve a refund as I have no idea what has gone wrong. Please inform me how I go about a refund as the service has been unacceptable

I sent it back as it was too small and requested an exchange. I have contacted them twice through their website and have heard nothing from them. Please can they reply as silence is not a good sign and if they respond then I would give a better review. I hope this works!
