although the quality of the shirt and the overall appeal of it is definitely good craftsmanship, the amount of time it took for it to ship out was far longer than exceeded in that customer service was non-existent during the entire duration of trying to get this resolved. the only way I was able to contact him was via Facebook and even then I was not satisfied with how they handled everything.
