Procolored K13 Lite DTF Printer

Very disappointed with Procolored. In less than a year, I have had to replace the print head more than 6 times, along with the waste ink pad, white ink circulation pump, ink tubes, and other components. Everything is an issue but lately the biggest one are the print heads. One purchased in July failed by August and the most recent one delivered on September 11th was already clogged by September 23rd. I consistently perform the recommended daily maintenance and do not do excessive printing, so these failures are extremely frustrating and expensive. Every time I contact technical support, I am essentially told the channels are clogged and that I need to purchase another print head. No warranty for the print heads not lasting long. At this point, I have spent more money repairing and replacing parts than actually enjoying reliable use of the machine. I expected better quality and reliability for the price. I would not recommended Procolored at all.
