I guess they call it a melting yogurt texture, but it's very airy/whipped and watery and takes little effort to squeeze flat. The crispy bag goes well with it. It looks like it wants to be 4 fingers tall, but because it's so soft, it's about 3.5 fingers tall. I am debating on getting the round cakes with ice cream on top now...
