Never received! Sitting in Chicago for 2 months. Tried contacting multiple times by email given and haven't received a single response! I will update this review if anything changes.

these are amazing!!!!! we were skeptical at first, but we had a friend of ours, put one in his suitcase, cause he’s traveling to Alaska from Texas just to test it. It works!! It only lost signal when his plane was in the air; when he landed in Alaska - the signal ouckec again. 4200 miles away and we can locate him
here in east Texas!! Amazing!!! highly recommend these!!!
