Great Cargo Bike

We appreciate the design and operation of this bike. It’s great for hauling within the limits. For some constructive feedback, I’d suggest increasing the gear ratio or adding a second sprocket in front to match the power of the bike. At about 25km/hr the pedal resistance drops and it’s easier to just use full electric. Pedal clearance could be raised, just need to be careful making turns. All in all, great bike and we like that service is local if we need.

Motor failed, no customer service

We received our kodiak2 a couple weeks ago and within less than 50km of riding the motor failed. We did all the basic troubleshooting steps, checking connections etc, but still not working. Their voicemail for service is full and they didn't respond to our emails. Thankfully there is a local bike shop partnered with them here in Victoria to try and fix it, but otherwise we'd be hooped. Very very disappointed.
