I bought the light thinking I was in between light and medium. Im so glad i did! It gives me a natural tan but not too dark. I have pigmentation white spots and it gives them color. Regulating the color by drops and mixing with my own lotion is another plus. There is a slight self-tan odor but very faint. Love the product.
